Now it is time to arrange for the financing of the loan, including construction expenses. Gust TimberCraft works hands on with multiple banks who can assist in the process and will help in anyway possible.
2. Proposal & Blueprints
You and your Gust TimberCraft management representative will finalize the proposal and then develop your log home drawing and blueprints. Note: At this time a drafting deposit is required. This deposit is applied to the purchase price.
5. Finalize Blueprints
You are now ready to return a signed copy of the blueprints to Gust TimberCraft, along with your check for down payment. At this time, you will be placed on the manufacturing schedule and we will work with you in coordinating the delivery date.
3. Choose Contractor
With blueprints in hand, it's time to choose a contractor for the completion of your home! You have several different options available: You may hire your own contractor, or build it yourself. Your contractor will provide you with a cost estimate. If you are doing this work yourself, contact building supply dealer for a cost estimate of the materials. Depending on location, Gust TimberCraft can be your contractor, if not we work with contractors around the world who can meet your needs.
