We just wanted to write to let you know how much we really appreciate all the help you gave us while we were making many important decisions about our log home. We still cannot believe this long-time dream has become a reality. For many years we looked for alog package that was affordable , top quality, and a perfect design. We visited many companies in several states, ordered books, videos, and other materials relating to purchasing or building a log home. After acquiring the property and finding you folks, we began to really get excited. We prayed that God would guide us in this endeavor and we truly believe that He directed our path to you and your company.
Thanks to your expertise, we were able to choose the features that we so desired while you figured how to maintain a sound structure. we relied on your advice and opinion in making many decisions because we felt very comfortable with your experience in the log home business. Sure enough! You know your business and we are totally satisfied customers. we admire your professionalism, and fairness and we will always treasure your friendship. Again thanks for everything.

Dear Shane,
Now that things have settled down and we have time to take a breather, I want to thank you and your staff for the wonderful job done on our beautiful log home. I have been putting up buildings all my life and never before have I run into a group of people that was so nice to work with. Your quality was excellent, promptness was great, and no added costs at the end -- even though some changes were made that were not originally planned. Thanks again... and if I ever need another log home, you will be the one I come to.

Shane and Brycen Gust came through for us a a time when we needed. Having lost our home to a natural disaster (mudslide), our insurance company would not pay and there was no disaster assistance. We were accustomed to being independent and we're determined to be once more.
After inspecting Shane and Brycen's model cabin, we knew it was ideal for the two of us. Having recently lost a home we'd built, we appreciated the workmanship, and the cabin sold itself.
Our communication with them was and is as good as humanly possible. What they told us in words wags: "What you see and what we say, is what you'll get." What we told them was -- "We will do our part." We did our part and they delivered what they said. Shane and Brycen also stuck with us through some very interesting and irritating bureaucratic problems.
We are very pleased with our cabin home and thankful to have had the opportunity to work with and become friends with Shane and Brycen.

We got an estimate for the Northern Prairie and will be proceeding once we hear back from the bank. The office is very nice with a great atmosphere! So excited to get started!
